Frequently asked questions
Can't I just read it one more time, or have a colleague check it?
You can, and you should. But a careful read catches typos, not contradictions. Noticing that slide 14 says $4.2M while the model says $4.7M means comparing two documents simultaneously, and that's precisely the thing human attention is worst at. DeliverableGuard is the pass a person can't do reliably - not a replacement for the pass they can.
Does this replace a human review?

What if it flags things that aren't actually wrong?
Findings are ranked by severity and confidence, and every one shows the source text so you can dismiss it in seconds. Set strictness to Fast check for high-signal issues only, or High stakes when the package is going to a board.
What happens to my client's files?
Files upload to a private storage bucket scoped to your workspace - no public URLs, and no other workspace can read them. We extract the text ourselves rather than routing files through a third-party parser. That extracted text is then sent to Google's Gemini models through our AI provider for the analysis pass; it is processed for your request only and is not used to train models. Nothing is shared with other customers, share links expire and can be revoked, and you can delete a review and its files at any time from the app.
What file types can I upload?
PDF, PPTX, DOCX, XLSX, CSV, TXT and MD - up to 10 files per review, 25MB each, on every plan including Free.
What's in the free plan?
Two complete reviews - a one-time allowance, not a monthly one. Up to 10 files each, all eleven analysis categories, full report with no watermark and no credit card. After that, pick a plan or a credit pack.
Can I cancel?
